Ingredients:
- Live, Maryland Blue Crabs2 DozenMed-large males preferred
- Cider Vinegar2 Cups
- Old Bay Seafood Seasoning1 Cups
- National Bohemian Beer4 CansRegular, not light. Two for the crabs and one or two for the chef.
- Kosher or Sea Salt2 Tablespoons
- Water2 Cups

Preparation:
1. Prepare a steamer large enough to contain all the crabs leaving a few inches of room at the top. Make sure the steamer basket or rack will raise the crabs above the liquids.
2. Add the vinegar, two beers, the water and a few tablespoons of the seafood seasoning to the pot. Stir the ingredients together. Heat the liquid mix to a simmer.
3. Carefully arrange the crabs in single layers in the steamer basket or on the rack. Sprinkle each layer with the seafood seasoning and salt.
4. Cover the pot and steam the crabs for 30-40 minutes until the crabs are a deep red or orange color.
